Sreekutty O U, a young and versatile lady from Kerala, heading the States Innovation and Entrepreneurship Development centres, believes that technology has the power to affect and influence all aspects of our economic, political, social and personal lives. She is a catalyst and natural leader who knows how to get things done without bossing around.

A technology evangelist and the harbinger of Change, she champions the initiatives of the Govt of Kerala in equipping a new movement of student leaders to engage with the startup communities by bridging the hiatus through technology. In the heart of Sreekutty’s vision is bringing transformative change in society, especially in gender parity, using technology and thereby empower the society to break the glass ceiling. Her passion lies in developing an alternative narrative, which inturn brings a paradigm shift the way society thinks about innovation and dismantles barriers that keep women and minorities from entering the journey of entrepreneurship.

She belongs to one of those rare leagues who understands the balance and the linkage between a strong technical know-how and leadership prediction needed to inspire and motivate countless women to become active participants and leaders in creating technology, Innovation, and Entrepreneurship.
